Practical AI training for marketing teams helps connect artificial intelligence with your company's everyday tasks. We practise work that is relevant to your team: writing ad messages, analysis, content planning and organising recurring workflows.
I tailor the programme to the participants' experience, the tools they use and their goals. The training suits both teams just getting started and teams that already use AI and want to improve how they work. For other topics, see my digital marketing training page.
If you want to use AI for ad copy, campaign ideas, research or analysis, we can practise with tasks similar to your real work. We also agree on what kind of result to expect from these tasks.
If you need to choose tools, set shared working methods for the team or decide what to automate, we focus on assessing use cases and a plan for putting them into practice. This can also be linked to your marketing strategy.
If the quality of answers varies or useful techniques stay with one person, we work through them in exercises and make them shareable. The goal is a more repeatable way of working.
I choose the programme from the topics below based on your team's needs. The depth of each topic and the number of practical tasks depend on the length of the training.
We map recurring tasks and assess where AI could make the work easier. We pick a few specific tasks to practise and agree on how to judge the results.
We practise writing a brief, giving the necessary context, refining the answer and checking the result. We create reusable instructions for tasks your team does regularly.
We practise creating messages that fit the offer, audience and channel. We look at how to get genuinely different ad variations, check claims and choose versions worth testing.
We use AI to organise customer questions, group keywords, outline articles or edit existing text, for example. We take brand language and the need to fact-check information into account.
Using suitable sample data or approved company data, we practise comparing tables, spotting changes that need attention and framing follow-up questions. We check calculations and separate what the data shows from assumptions.
We break down one recurring task, such as preparing a report or putting together campaign materials. We define the inputs, steps, output format and checkpoints. Technical building of an automated solution can be agreed separately (building and rolling out AI workflows).
Within the agreed programme, your team gets sample instructions, prompt templates or workflow descriptions suited to its work. They are based on the exercises we complete during the training.
We also write down the next steps: which task to try, who will handle it and how to judge whether the new method is useful. That way participants know exactly where to continue after the training.
I choose the tools based on the task and what your team has available. These may include ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, for example. Where possible, I use tools the participants already have access to.
Before the training, we clarify which accounts and access are needed. We also agree on what data can be used in the exercises and when it makes sense to use sample data.
We clarify the participants' experience, main tasks and the goal of the training. Based on that, I build the programme and choose suitable exercises.
We go through the techniques together and apply them to practical tasks. Participants can ask questions and try out how to change the brief when the first answer doesn't fit.
At the end of the training, we agree on the next steps. If you wish, a follow-up session or mentoring can be added to discuss questions that come up and refine the techniques.
The training can be a workshop, a full training day or a programme of several sessions. The exact length, location and follow-up support are set out in the proposal.

I am a mentor in Tehnopol and Junior Achievement programmes and train companies in Estonia and internationally.
The price depends on the length of the training, the number of participants, the amount of preparation and how much the programme needs to be tailored with your company's examples. A follow-up session or longer mentoring can be added separately.
To get a proposal, describe your team, its experience with AI so far and the tasks you want to do better.
Yes. I adapt the introduction and exercises to the participants' experience. If the team has mixed levels, we take that into account when building the programme.
The training can focus on ChatGPT if it is your team's main tool. If needed, we also cover other AI tools and techniques. The choice depends on your tasks and the tools you have access to.
Yes, as long as the data and materials are suitable for entering into the chosen tools. If needed, we adapt the examples or use sample data. We agree on this before the training.
During the training, we can think a workflow through and practise it within the agreed scope. Technical building, integrations and rollout of more complex automation are agreed separately.
Yes. If you wish, a follow-up session or regular mentoring can be added to the training. The content and scope of the support are specified in the proposal.
